Mr Khau Huu Phuoc reflects on the concept of inclusiveness and equity
Mr Khau Huu Phuoc, SEAMEO CELLL’ Manager of Research and Training, shared his reflection on the concept of inclusiveness and equity as commonly practised in the field of education and how Vietnam has progressed in these aspects through an example of Ha Giang Province. He highlighted the general narrow view of inclusive education as implemented widely in the region and the need to take a more comprehensive view.
The workshop concluded with recommendations for improved innovative leadership and management in education for inclusive and equitable education in the region.
This workshop is one of many inter-centre collaboration programmes conducted by SEAMEO centres under the initiation and support of SEAMEO Secretariat to synergise their resources through collaboration with peer centres since 2015.
