SEAMEO CELLL, with technical and financial support from DVV-International, carries out a project on designing an Instructional Resource Package: Using Soft Skills in Non-formal Education for facilitators at CLCs.
The project aims to mobilise expertise in the development of a package of training materials to accompany the Training Manual for Facilitators: Using Soft Skills in Non-formal Education published by PRIA.
For this project, SEAMEO CELLL is seeking consultant(s) to assist SEAMEO CELLL in developing the package.
